Panattoni is nearing completion on a 482,300 square foot industrial building on a 28 acre parcel located on Executive Airport Drive in Henderson.

The project will have a clear height of 36 feet. The site, located just four hours from Los Angeles and Phoenix, will offer lower energy costs, competitive rates and 8,000 amps of power.

Once complete, the project will be the only large industrial development located in the South end of the valley. The building is owned by PDC USIF South 15, LLC, a joint venture between Panattoni Development and Hillwood. The contractor for the project is Alston Construction and the architect is Tectonics Design Group.
