We are pleased to announce Zazzle Inc. as our newest tenant in the South Valley Commerce Center located on Sandhill Road in South Meadows in Reno. The land for South Valley Commerce Center was acquired by a joint venture of Panattoni Development and Hillwood Investments in February of 2016 from IGT.

Zazzle is an online marketplace of custom products created by designers selling their art and makers showcasing their customizable products. The south Reno property will serve as their newest production and distribution center.

Zazzle will be located in Building B, an 180,792 square foot facility nearing completion. The second portion of the complex, Building A, totals 209,000 square feet and has a clear height of 32 feet. The space features LED lighting and higher level of office finishes, among other up to date amenities.
