Sears Hometown Outlet Store has taken occupancy of 169,027 square feet of space located at 400 and 450 Parr Blvd in Reno.

Sears Hometown Outlet Store (SHOS) refurbishes appliances, ranging from home appliances, to lawn and garden equipment and consumer electronics. The Parr location distributes the refurbished appliances for resale.

Panattoni Development re-developed the Parr location, upgrading the facility to repurpose the building for the new tenant. In addition, SHOS expended a substantial amount of capital in the building and employs approximately 50 skilled workers in the facility. This building is a great example of re-positioning existing, well located buildings into employment centers for area residents while providing cost-effective rent structures for the tenants.
