In January of 2016 we announced the purchase of the International Game Technology (IGT) operating headquarters and manufacturing campus in Las Vegas. The campus, located at 6355 S. Buffalo Dr. and 7900 W. Sunset Rd., features world-class amenities and finishes and convenient access to the I-215 and I-15 Interstates, as well as McCarran International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip.

Since the acquisition, construction on the project has included a complete remodel of an occupied Class A, three-story office building. The building features high-tech capabilities and extensive security requirements. In September 2016, the Class A, three-story office building sold to Griffin Capital Corporation. To date, Panattoni is in progress on upgrades to the remaining portion of the property at 7900 W. Sunset Rd. including 327,932 square feet of industrial and office product. The improvements are scheduled to be complete in August.
