In May of 2016 we announced Mary's Gone Crackers®, a manufacturer of organic and gluten-free healthy snacks, will open a manufacturing and research and development facility in the North Valleys Commerce Center, located at 9480 N. Virginia St. in Reno. The facility, expected to be delivered in May, will also serve as the company's new headquarters.

Mary's Gone Crackers was founded in 2004 and today has the #1 selling organic and gluten free cracker in the United States with exports to Canada, Mexico, UK, EU and Australia. Their products are available nationally at natural, specialty and mainstream grocery and club stores. The new state-of-the-art bakery will be more than 420,000 square feet.

We are also pleased to announce Exxel Outdoors, LLC, which took occupancy in Suite A of Building B of NVCC in late December of 2016, recently expanded over 27,000 square feet and now occupies 244,797 square feet of space. The company is a prominent provider of outdoor recreation products, ranging from gear to apparel. Exxel has consolidated two west coast distribution centers, and relocated them to northern Nevada. The building totals 707,660 square feet and is owned by CP Logistics NVCC, LLC.
